As a strategic product for the world, we have a stake in Companhia Siderúrgica de Pecém (CSP), the first slab steel plant in the Brazilian Northeast.  

A company incorporated in 2008, the result of a joint venture with Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. and Posco, two major South Korean steel producers. The unit was built in the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante, in Ceará, and occupies an area of 571 hectares of the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex.
