Vale Reclamation Efforts

Vale’s Sudbury operations are internationally recognized for our regreening and reclamation efforts. Historically stressed lands and waterways are transforming back to their natural state.

Environmental Monitoring

In an effort to be fully transparent, we provide you with regular environmental reports and up-to-the-minute monitoring on the air quality in Sudbury.

Living with Lakes

We also contributed to the construction and expansion of Laurentian University’s innovative freshwater research centre, located right here in our “City of Lakes.”
