    Febriany Eddy was re-appointed as President Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (PT Vale) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2024. This position is effective as of June 28, 2024. Febriany has had a career at Vale for almost 17 years and holds important positions in the organization. Previously, Febriany served as Deputy CEO and CFO of PT Vale.

    Abu Ashar earned a Masters in Management, Economics, and Business at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. Abu has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Appointed as Deputy President and Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2024.

    Adriansyah Chaniago

    Adriansyah Chaniago obtained a Masters in Business Administration from IPMI International Business School. He was appointed as Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk based on the Annual GMS on June 10, 2024, and effective June 28, 2024. This appointment is in line with the completion of divestment and MIND. ID is the majority shareholder at 34%.

    Bernardus Irmanto

    Bernardus Irmanto was reappointed as Director of the Company at the Annual GMS on June 10, 2024. Bernardus Irmanto has been involved in the mining industry for more than 20 years, starting in the field of information technology (IT). Bernardus Irmanto earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta in 1997 and a master's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, in 2002. In addition, in 2016, Bernardus Irmanto completed the global executive MBA program from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)-National University of Singapore (NUS) Anderson School of Management.

    Rizky Andhika Putra

    Rizky Andhika Putra currently serves as Executive Staff of Vice Minister Office, Ministry of State Owned Enterprise. Rizky has 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President - Department Head Wholesale Special Asset Management of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in 2021-2023.

    Muhammad Asril

    Muhammad Asril completed his studies at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. Has 18 years of work experience at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. He started his career as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Supervisor and currently serves as Deputy Head of Mine.

    Luke Mahony

    Luke Mahony earned a Master of Geomechanics at the University of New South Wales Australia. 21 years of experience in the mining industry. Joined VALE in 2014 in the position of General Manager Resource Development & Long Term Planning. currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer.
