Internship program 2024 

The 2024 Internship Program is directed at undergraduate students who are expected to graduate between December 2025 and December 2027. 

There is no age limit to apply and no need for professional experience. The positions are available in the states of Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Pará and Rio de Janeiro.

Application process 

Students will be admitted between May and August 2024. Information such as age, educational institution and marital status is omitted throughout the process in order to avoid value judgments on the part of the evaluator.   
 
Recruitment is expected to start in September 2024. 

Check the dates for each stage 

  • From May 27 to June 24: applications and online test  
     
  • July and August: interviews with HR and Vale manager  
     
  • From September: medical exams and submission of documents
