Income statements 

The income statements for assets (Shares, Bonds and Investment Fund Shares) held in custody and registered by Bradesco are available for online viewing, printing and downloading on the Digital Documents Portal (see link below). This portal provides documents for investors, whether or not they have a Bradesco bank account. Account holders can also obtain their income statement via the Internet Banking system, under Investments > Queries > Income Statement.

Banco Bradesco no longer sends income statements in physical form to the addresses to investors’ registered addresses and exclusively provides this document in digital form.

Step-by-step guide to accessing the Digital Documents Portal:

1) On the portal, click “First Access”;

2) Enter your Brazilian individual taxpayer number (CPF) and date of birth. In the case of an organization, enter the Brazilian corporate taxpayer identification number (CNPJ) and date of foundation;

3) To verify your identity, choose one of the options: phone number or email;

4) Enter the code you received and create your password;

5) That’s it! Your login credentials have been created. Just log on with your CPF or CNPJ and the password you registered.
