Vale, in continuity with the press release of July 15th, 2020, informs that the Court Judge Leite Praça, of the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais, declared without effect its previous decision, in which he had denied the suspensive effect to the interlocutory appeal submitted by Vale, considering this requirement had already been examined, on June 10th, 2020, by Court Judge Peixoto Henriques. Therefore, Vale's requirement to provide guarantees of R$ 7.9 billion is suspended.
