​Vale informs, pursuant to CVM Instruction 358/2002, as subsequently amended, that it was summoned to make a judicial deposit of R$ 7,413,790,458.03 in compliance with the two orders to block funds, determined in preliminary injunction issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Minas Gerais, as informed in the Press Release "Vale reports on injunctions and imposition of administrative sanctions" of January 27th, 2019. Therefore, there is no increase in the total amount of seizure or attachment orders.
